Le Cordon Bleu Signatures

Le Cordon Bleu Bistro at Signatures is officially open.

The original 5-diamond restaurant, Signatures, combined forces with their talented culinary arts students, resulting in Le Cordon Bleu Bistro: a casual and affordable establishment offering quality food. Dining at Le Cordon Bleu will now be much easier on the wallet. Talented Yannick Anton will remain as Executive Chef.

The bistro is open for lunch Tues - Fri, and for dinner Thurs - Sat. Here is a little preview of what you may see on their menu:

Mushroom Cappuccino. This was amazing. Never would of thought to combine mushroom soup with coffee.

I'm so excited about Signatures opening up for dinner again! I went to the bistro during the summer when they were just serving lunch on Thurs & Fri and it was delicious - but there are only so many Friday afternoons that I can take off work :P

Now I can indulge after work and it doesn't even hurt my wallet! :D Thanks for sharing the good news!

Wow thanks for posting this. Finally i can enjoy some fine cuisine on student income. Great pics btw.. especially the fish ones
